How do you plan a storage migration?
We agree source and destination systems, dependencies, capacity, permissions, backup responsibilities, a migration window and acceptance checks before any data movement.
Can we use RelayWest for a one-off project?
Yes. A single task, a project scope or recurring engineering capacity can be agreed. A recurring retainer is not required for a one-off assignment.
How are pricing and onsite availability confirmed?
We review the location, equipment, required skills, access, travel and timing before quoting. Hardware, licensing, materials, permits and specialist trades are included only when expressly listed in the agreed scope. No response time or engineer booking is confirmed by submitting a request.
