Network & wireless
Switching, routing, WAN and branch infrastructure. Escalation analysis, change planning, configuration and validation.
WHITE-LABEL ENGINEERING FOR MSPs & INTEGRATORS
When your bench is full, bring RelayWest into the delivery team. Network and infrastructure engineering for one escalation, one project phase, or recurring capacity.
01 / EXTRA CAPACITY, ON YOUR TERMS
A project landed faster than you can hire. A senior ticket has been sitting too long. A client needs work beyond your normal geography. RelayWest joins for the defined scope and follows your delivery process.
Enterprise networking, optical operations and infrastructure support.
02 / WHERE WE FIT
Use one service or combine capabilities in an agreed work package. Share your make, model and environment so we can confirm fit.
Switching, routing, WAN and branch infrastructure. Escalation analysis, change planning, configuration and validation.
Link and alarm investigation, transport troubleshooting, evidence collection and coordination with vendor support.
Aruba ClearPass, identity integration, wired and wireless authentication, policy review and scoped NAC deployments.
Servers, storage, cloud connectivity and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Scheduled data-center work and smart-hands coordination.
03 / START WITH ONE ASSIGNMENT
The Partner Engineering Pilot gives a new B2B partner a defined first engagement before a larger commitment. One infrastructure issue, assessment, approved change or technical work package.
We confirm fit, availability, access and commercial terms before acceptance. The pilot is time-limited; resolution of every issue is not guaranteed. Findings and next actions are documented.
Hardware, licensing, materials, travel, field labor, permit or cabling work, and anything beyond the agreed scope. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
PARTNER ENGINEERING PILOT
One agreed B2B work package.
Up to four remote engineering hours.
Scheduling confirmed before acceptance.
04 / A DELIVERY PATH YOUR TEAM CAN FOLLOW
Define the outcome, equipment, dependencies, acceptance checks and exclusions.
Confirm the work order, access, change controls, timing and payment terms.
Work inside the agreed process with checkpoints and a clear escalation owner.
Document the work, results, exceptions and next actions for your team.
BEFORE WE START
Yes, by agreement. We establish how RelayWest is introduced, who can contact the end customer, which systems to use and what reporting format you need before delivery starts.
The pilot has an agreed scope and a limit of four remote engineering hours. We document progress, findings and next actions. Any additional work needs a separate written scope and approval; the pilot does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved.
No. The pilot is remote. Field labor, travel, hardware, licensing, materials and permit or cabling work are excluded. Request partner capacity for a separately scoped on-site engagement.
We support remote work and scheduled on-site engagements across the United States. Staffing, geography, travel and after-hours requirements are reviewed for each assignment. An inquiry does not reserve availability or create an emergency response commitment.
Send a short brief with the environment, desired outcome, location and target window. We review fit and prerequisites, then agree scope, scheduling, price and payment terms before any work begins. Keep credentials and confidential configurations out of the inquiry form.
