BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few useful answers.

Can you install cabling in a building?

We scope copper and fiber cabling projects, including survey, installation coordination, labeling and agreed testing. Site rules, permitted work and any required licensed trades are confirmed before accepting the installation.

Can we use RelayWest for a one-off project?

Yes. A single task, a project scope or recurring engineering capacity can be agreed. A recurring retainer is not required for a one-off assignment.

How are pricing and onsite availability confirmed?

We review the location, equipment, required skills, access, travel and timing before quoting. Hardware, licensing, materials, permits and specialist trades are included only when expressly listed in the agreed scope. No response time or engineer booking is confirmed by submitting a request.
